All Sto-Rox High School students are required to complete 7 hours of community service per year, for a total of 28 hours, in order to graduate.
Through the Broadway Bridges on the Road initiative, students attended a performance of the touring Broadway musical Hell’s Kitchen and participated in a pre-show dance workshop led by TJ Wilson, Dance Captain and Swing for the production.
The Sto-Rox Upper Elementary (SRUE) will host its Special Person Lunch on Tuesday, November 18. Each student may invite one special person to attend their lunch period with them.
During October, Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School Food Science students brought the Fresh Fruit and Veggie Program (FFVP) to life at the Primary Center and Upper Elementary. High school students used the skills they’ve learned in class to prepare and serve beets to grades K–3 and zucchini to grades 4–6, encouraging younger students to try nutritious foods.
