Welcome to Student Services! This section includes services in Special Education, Gifted Education, Psychological Services, English as a Second Language, and the services of our Home and School Visitor. Our staff is here to assist families and help students experience a meaningful education in the Sto-Rox School District. Our Special Education Services include learning support, emotional support, and life skills support. Our Psychological Services, along with our Counseling Services, include experienced staff skilled in identifying the needs of our students. Our Home and School Visitor supports students and parents/guardians in daily school attendance. Our Health Services include certified nurses to address the health and wellness needs of our students.

Brittany is the Director of Student Services who oversees special education, English language learners, mental health therapy, psychological services, counseling, and related services.
Tim serves as the District’s Home/School Visitor for the Jr./Sr. High School, working out of the Guidance Office to support students and families.
Kris is the District’s Home/School Visitor for grades K–6 and is based at the Primary Center.
The Central Registrar/School Counseling Secretary for the district works hand-in-hand with Student Services and the district’s school counselors. This role works out of the main district offices at the Jr./Sr. High School.
The Student Services Secretary works with Student Services staff to coordinate special education services for district families.
Jenay has been with Sto-Rox since 2007. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from La Roche University.
Certifications: Elementary Education K-6, ESL PK-12, Special Education N-12
Kelly is an ASHA and state-certified Speech-Language Pathologist for Sto-Rox School District. The 2025-2026 school year is her first year in the district. She comes to the district with seven years of experience as an elementary school SLP. Kelly graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certifications: American Speech-Language Hearing Association- CCC, PA Speech-Language Pathologist, Education Specialist I (School Speech-Language Pathologist PK-12).
Clare is a school psychologist for the entire district, coming on board in 2020. She has an Education Specialist degree, and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
