According to Penn State, registration is a two-step process that must be completed by Sunday, July 6. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and is extremely limited. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, commute on the event's designated bus, and stay in the on-campus residence hall. Alternate accommodation is not permitted.
