Get Physical with Sto-Rox Summer Sports Programming

School may be out for summer, but the Sto-Rox Athletic Department is making sure students stay active and engaged. Below is the summer sports schedule, which includes workouts for football, basketball, cheer, and volleyball.

Summer Sports Schedule

  • Girls Basketball Grades 6-12

    • July 7 - 11, 3 - 6 p.m. Open Gym. (SRUE Gymnasium)

    • August 4-8, 3 - 6 p.m. Open Gym (HS Gymnasium)

  • Girls Middle School Basketball

    • June 24 and 25. July 16, 17, 22 and 23 4 - 6 p.m. Open Gym (HS gym)

  • Middle School Football

    • Workouts started June 10, will run for the months of June and July on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 - 6 p.m. (HS Stadium)

  • High School Football

    • Workouts started June 1, will run Mondays - Thursdays 3 - 6 p.m. and every other Saturday starting on 6/14, 6/28 and 7/12, and 7/26.

  • Cheerleading

    • Practice starting the month of July, Tues and Wednesdays, 2-6p.

  • Volleyball

    • Workout days will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting on 6/18, then July 16, 17, 22-24.

Additionally, the Friday Open Gym Series returns on Friday, June 20 and will continue all summer through Friday, August 15.
