School may be out for summer, but the Sto-Rox Athletic Department is making sure students stay active and engaged. Below is the summer sports schedule, which includes workouts for football, basketball, cheer, and volleyball.

Summer Sports Schedule
Girls Basketball Grades 6-12
July 7 - 11, 3 - 6 p.m. Open Gym. (SRUE Gymnasium)
August 4-8, 3 - 6 p.m. Open Gym (HS Gymnasium)
Girls Middle School Basketball
June 24 and 25. July 16, 17, 22 and 23 4 - 6 p.m. Open Gym (HS gym)
Middle School Football
Workouts started June 10, will run for the months of June and July on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 - 6 p.m. (HS Stadium)
High School Football
Workouts started June 1, will run Mondays - Thursdays 3 - 6 p.m. and every other Saturday starting on 6/14, 6/28 and 7/12, and 7/26.
Cheerleading
Practice starting the month of July, Tues and Wednesdays, 2-6p.
Volleyball
Workout days will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting on 6/18, then July 16, 17, 22-24.
Additionally, the Friday Open Gym Series returns on Friday, June 20 and will continue all summer through Friday, August 15.
