5/30, 11:44 p.m.: That’s a wrap on the Class of 2025! The district’s annual graduation ceremony was held Friday evening in the Jr./Sr. High School Gym. In a ceremony started by Special Assistant to the Superintendent Michael Hauser and featuring speeches from Jr./Sr. High School Principal Asia Davis, Interim Superintendent Erwin Weischedel, Incoming Superintendent Sonya Crues, and School President Cameron Culliver, Sto-Rox seniors received their diplomas and tossed their caps into the air to celebrate the end of their K-12 education.
A packed gymnasium of family members and friends also heard from Valedictorian Indrid Plata, Salutatorian Eric Lukaszewicz, and other members of the top of the graduating class. They each received their diplomas from members of the teaching staff, while the entire celebration was accompanied by performances by Jr./Sr. High School band members.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025! The district wishes you well in all of your future endeavors. Remember: Once a Viking, Always a Viking! Check out the photo gallery from Graduation 2025, below.

Following breakfast, students lined up for graduation practice, with the venue now moved inside - to the Jr./SR. High School Gymnasium. In rows of two, students walked into the gym to the familiar strains of “Pomp and Circumstance.” Under the direction of Principal Asia Davis, Assistant Principal Hope Schreiber, and School Counselor Joe Herzing, students practiced walking up to the podium, receiving their diplomas, and shaking hands - all important things to get right for tonight!
Tonight’s graduation ceremony is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and will be livestreamed on the district’s Facebook page.

5/30, 10:00 a.m.: The graduation ceremony for the Sto-Rox Class of 2025 is being moved indoors to the Jr./Sr High School Gymnasium tonight due to the possibility of rain.
