Youth build foundational skills such as communication, professionalism, and problem-solving while exploring different industries through workshops, job shadowing, and tours.
Tier 2: Work Experience (Ages 15-19) - Youth are placed at worksites where they can complete up to 120 hours of paid work experience. Participants gain real-world job skills, take on workplace responsibilities, and connect with professionals in fields of interest.
