Superintendent's Evaluation 2017-2018
Per Section 1073.1 of
the School Code, the Board of School Directors conducted an annual performance
assessment of the Superintendent in August and September 2018. The
Superintendent met the following objective goals for the 2017-2018 school
year.
- The
Superintendent will demonstrate supervision of the administrative
team. This will include administrative team meeting agendas, a
written performance of each employee and compliance with the state
evaluation model.
- The
Superintendent will monitor district finances to ensure that the budget
will not require an increase greater than the state approved index except
as needed by the approved exceptions.
- The
Superintendent will implement a positive public relations program and
community partnerships that benefit the students and staff. Such as
participation in community events, public information meetings, and
working collaboratively with the Community Development Corporation.
- The
Superintendent will supervise and manage the educational programs and
progress of the district and work to instill research-based instructional
strategies that have direct impact on student achievement in cooperation
with building leaders and building administrators.
